The Invisible Map

Breathing is paramount. Breathing is essentially who you are. Breathing is the invisible key to the map of who you were, who you are, and who you will be.
The map is breathing. Breathing is the secret. Human beings are the lock and the
key is breathing. Every breath one takes unlocks the energy in you.
Every breath you take releases feelings.

Emotional Plague. Dr. Reich named the emotional sickness in the world
the Emotional Plague. The Emotional Plague is not being aware of the emotional,
destructive actions we do to ourselves and others.
When Human Beings begin to do unrestricted breathing one is faced with the tremendously difficult task of unlocking the emotional plague in yourselves.
The feelings locked away within ourselves are under an amazing amount of pressure.
Like a pressure cooker read my warnings. Go slow, be patient. New feelings can be overwhelming and cause disorientation, and all of these feelings are like quicksand to the unprepared. Remember when going into the darkness bring a friend.

What Map Were You Given?

As soon as you're born they make you feel small.
By giving you no time instead of it all.
Till the pain is so great you feel nothing at all.

Working Class Hero by John Lennon

Words are like vapors; soon to disappear into the next thought, distraction,
or escape. A word of warning use these words as an innocence starting point.
Only in action can words have meaning in your day to day existence. Words are my
addiction hoping to connect. Words are not a substitute for true learning. Dr.Reich said "a person seeking to help themselves by themselves is like a person trying to pull themselves out of quicksand by their own hair"
The feeling of energy in the body is a constant: human beings are like a a balloon
either losing air, staying the same or expanding. The expression of energy feels
like streaming; like a gentle shower moving through your body. How does the actual streaming stop? Similar to a dam there is a blockage. Depending on what developmental stage the blockage occurs the damming will affect that time of emotional development. Since the blockage provides a stifling of your character you feel safe. I know I was told in ten different ways a good child is a quiet one, and the tragedy of living life ceasing begins: you forget that energy moves in you. One's lack of feeling, like Joyce's walking dead is a familiar theme in our culture. The deeper problem that causes innumerable problems is what addictions will we use to imitate some of the streaming. Problem number two is energy accumulates in the body and needs release and is released through orgasm. The four step energy release formula is one of Dr. Reich's great accomplishments. The lack of full orgasmic discharge leads to finding other addictive behaviors to release the energy.
The first energetic blockage that occurs is the holding of your breath. Freezing the diaphragm and consequentially the lungs blocks the awareness of feeling in the newborn. Generally the birth process is traumatic in our culture: often the baby is scared witless by strong lights, awful eye drops, long painfully delivery, and circumcision. Separation from the mother(poor on no breast feeding) or lack of sensual contact with the mother further drives the baby inward. Restrict your breathing and not only does holding your breath distract you, restricted breathing also uses lots of energy to hold those muscles from doing their instinctual function. All in all a recipe for the beginning of the neurotic search for self satisfaction, and meaning. Our map of how and what life is is disturbed. Self satisfaction depends on feeling the streaming of the energy in one's body. Not only is birth the root cause of the repression of feeling alive but it is the mold that allows one to acquiesce to the abuse of parental and medical authority.
Doctors and parents have had the same birth and culture they are about to imitate you into and you become like them. If you are lucky your confusion will lead
you to seek methods to illuminate the confusion and find satisfaction.Denial
is prevalent in our culture driven by our addictions we escape into having out feet in the river and looking at the pyramid of life; yet we have no idea we are in denial of our confusion. Addictions are a temporary charge that relieves the horrible confusion and provides a temporary respite. Addictions are one type of map that points to a false oasis.
